What a journey it’s been! Bolna recently celebrated its first anniversary, and what an incredible, action-packed year it has been. From landing (and losing) contracts to making strategic pivots, building a self-serve dashboard that occasionally buckled under unexpected traffic, and raising funds to assemble a stellar team, Bolna’s ride has been nothing short of exhilarating.
The chaos of 2024 ended on a high note. In just the last six months, Bolna served over 1,300 users across 12+ countries. Our platform powered conversations ranging from sales and customer support to helping restaurants in Malaysia hire staff efficiently and confirming attendees for a church event in Michigan.
Lessons Learned in 2024
For Bolna, 2024 was a year of learning. Our biggest challenge? Delivering customer delight while implementing complex agentic systems.
